Your data belongs to you.

PALION does not claim ownership of your conversations, memories, notes, uploaded files, preferences, or identity information. You retain all rights to any data you provide to or generate with the platform.

2. The Service

PALION functions as an identity-aware operating platform designed to preserve continuity across your workflow. Capabilities vary by browser, some features require native Drivers, and some features require specific operating system permissions.

3. Human Control Principle

PALION is designed to assist rather than replace human decision-making. Unless explicitly configured by the user for approved automated actions, significant decisions and actions remain strictly under your control.

4. Availability and Evolution

PALION is a continuously evolving platform. As such, Services may change, become unavailable, or be modified without notice as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Beta Features

Certain components of PALION may be released as "Beta" or experimental. Experimental features may behave differently, change without notice, or be removed entirely based on feedback and stability.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using PALION, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for:

  • Missed reminders or scheduled events
  • Lost work or unsaved data
  • Service outages or connectivity issues
  • Third-party failures or API changes
  • Unsupported devices or malfunctioning Drivers

7. Third-Party Integrations

You may choose to integrate PALION with third-party tools. Those connected services remain subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies, independent of PALION.
